The information provided in "My Profile" of the participant's M Malls app must be accurate, true and complete to qualify for a chance to win the E-Lucky Draw. Participants who have provided incomplete and/or inaccurate information will be disqualified. The Management of M Malls shall not have any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason for such disqualification.
The qualifying period for “The Biggest Multi-Millionaire Draw 2022” is from 9 September to 31 October 2022, both days inclusive.
“The Biggest Multi-Millionaire Draw 2022” is open to all M Privileges members who have a valid M Privileges account at the date of redemption for the lucky draw chance(s) and at the date of when the lucky draw is conducted. With every S$30 qualifying spend at participating retailers, members will receive 1 chance, capped at a maximum of 20 chances per day, regardless of amount spent. From Monday to Wednesday, members will receive 2 chances with every S$30 qualifying spend at participating retailers, capped at a maximum of 20 chances per day, regardless of amount spent.
All purchases on the M Malls app including M Malls gift vouchers or retailer e-deals will not qualify for chances in the “The Biggest Multi-Millionaire Draw 2022”
Members are required to present their Member QR code at the point of transaction and ensure that the transaction is captured in their accounts to qualify for the “The Biggest Multi-Millionaire Draw 2022”
“The Biggest Multi-Millionaire Draw 2022” will be conducted on 7 November 2022 at 4.30pm, at the office of Mercatus Co-operative Limited located at One Marina Boulevard, #15-01/04, Singapore 018989.
35 winners will be drawn electronically in the presence of an external Auditor and the winners of “The Biggest Multi-Millionaire Draw 2022” will be notified by email and/or phone.
The first 20 winners will each win 1,000,000 M Points each and 15 winners will each win a consolation prize.
Details of the prize collection will be shared with the winners after the lucky draw.
The prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or any other items.

Purchase M Malls E-vouchers & Enjoy 5.5% Rebates
Purchase of M Malls E-Vouchers must be done in person at AMK Hub or Jurong Point Customer Service Counter.
To qualify for the rebates, the purchase of the M Malls E-Vouchers must be made with LifeSG credits in single transaction values of $50 or $100.
M Malls account is required for crediting of M Malls E-Vouchers and rebate points. M Malls app is required for the usage of E-Vouchers and M Points.
Maximum of 2,500 M Points to be issued for $50 worth of M Malls E-Vouchers purchased in a single transaction. Maximum of 5,500 M Points to be issued for $100 worth of M Malls E-Vouchers purchased in a single transaction. Strictly no pro-ration of M Points for any other amount of M Malls E-Vouchers purchased. Participating retailers will offer #OTOT Collection Point as an option on the checkout page of their website/ecommerce platform for shoppers to select as a pickup option. In addition, shoppers may also choose #OTOT Collection Point for collection of pre-ordered goods made from the physical store of the participating retailers in AMK Hub and Jurong Point.
There is no additional cost for usage of the OTOT Collection Lockers for a limited period of time, thus shoppers can have some cost savings on the delivery charges for purchases.
Once shoppers have made the purchase, retailer will deposit the item into the locker and shopper will receive a SMS notification for collection. At #OTOT Collection Point, shopper will be required to enter a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) sent via the SMS notification to retrieve the purchases within 48 hours from the time the purchase is deposited by the retailers to do the collection.

You will only receive SMS notification for collection upon the deposit of your purchases into the locker by the participating retailers. How do I collect my purchases from #OTOT Collection Point? You will receive a SMS notification for collection once the participating retailers deposited your purchases into the locker. At #OTOT Collection Point, you will be required to enter a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) sent via the SMS notification to retrieve your purchases.
How much time do I have to collect my purchases from #OTOT Collection Point? You will have 48 hours from the time your purchase is deposited by the retailers to do the collection. You will be notified of such date and time via SMS notification.
What can I do if I need to reschedule the collection date upon receipt of SMS notification for collection? You will need to contact the retailers should you need to reschedule the collection date. You will receive a new SMS notification once the retailers re-deposit your purchases into the locker.
Can I authorise someone to collect my purchases from #OTOT Collection Point? You may authorise someone else to collect your purchase, and he/she will only need to be provided with the 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) send to you via the SMS notification.
What will happen to my purchases if I forget to collect or for any other reasons fail to collect within the 48 hours? A reminder SMS will be sent to you if your purchase is not collected 24 hours before the expiry of the collection. Upon the expiry of the collection (i.e., 48 hours from the deposit of your purchase), the retailers will be informed to retrieve any uncollected items from the locker. As such, please contact the retailers directly for an alternate arrangement for your collection.
What can I do if I encounter any issue during the collection of my purchase from #OTOT Collection Point e.g., the locker does not open after I entered the One-Time Password (OTP)?
