10,000,000 M Points Lucky Draw
Period: 1 Sep – 11 Oct 2020
1. The information provided in "My Profile" of the participant's M Malls app must be accurate, true and complete at the time of participation of the 10,000,000 M Points E-Lucky Draw chances. Participants who have provided incomplete and/or inaccurate information will be disqualified. The Management of M Malls shall not have any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason for such disqualification.
2. The qualifying period for the 10,000,000 M Points E-Lucky Draw is from 1 September to 11 October 2020, both days inclusive.
3. The 10,000,000 M Points E-Lucky Draw is open to all M Privileges members who have a valid M Privileges account during the period of the campaign
4. Employees of Mercatus Co-operative Limited and Retailers in M Malls and any other parties involved in organising, promoting or conducting the 10,000,000 M Points E-Lucky Draw are not eligible for participation.
5. With every S$20 qualifying spend at participating retailers, members will receive 1 chance for the 10,000,000 M Points E-Lucky Draw, capped at a maximum of 20 chances per day, regardless of amount spent.
6. The purchase of M Mall’s and Retailer’s gift vouchers and stored value cards and or top-up will not qualify for chances in the 10,000,000 M Points E-Lucky Draw.

9. 10 Winners will be drawn electronically in the presence of an external Auditor and the winners of the 10,000,000 M Points E-Lucky Draw will be notified by email and/or phone.
10. The prize of 1,000,000 M Points per winner will be deposited in the winner’s E-wallet within fourteen (14) days from the draw on 27 October 2020 and can be utilised to redeem and/or purchase rewards available on the M Malls mobile app rewards catalogue.
11. The 1,000,000 M Points deposited into the winner’s E-wallet is valid till 31 March 2021. No further extension will be granted to the expiry of the 1,000,000 M Points prize.
12. The prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or any other items of equal value.

14. Discounted M Malls E-Vouchers
Period: 1 Sep – 11 Oct 2020
1. This promotion is exclusive to M Privileges Members and applies only at participating malls: AMK Hub, Jurong Point and Swing By @ Thomson Plaza. Shoppers can download the M Malls mobile app and sign up for a free membership.
2. To qualify for the promotion, Members are required to make a minimum spend of S$50 in a single same-day, receipt at participating retailers.
3. A minimum spend of S$75 in a single same-day receipt is required for purchases made at Supermarket/Hypermarket category retailers.
4. Members are required to present their member QR Code at the point of transaction and ensure transactions from participating retailers have been captured in their Member account in order to qualify and purchase the discounted M Malls E-Vouchers via the M Malls App
5. For Supermarket/Hypermarket receipts, members are required to present their Member QR code and original receipts at the respective Customer Service counters at the mall on the same date of the receipt in order to qualify and purchase the discounted M Malls E-Vouchers for that week.
6. The purchase of the Discounted M Malls E-Vouchers is subjected to a weekly cap and are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
7. Existing Members are recognised as M Privileges members with an active M Privileges account from 8 July 2019. New Members are recognised as M Privileges members who sign up between 1 September and 11 October 2020.
8. Qualifying members will have till Sunday, 23:59 of the qualifying week to purchase up to S$200 worth of Discounted M Malls E-Vouchers for that week, while stocks last.
9. The issuance of the discounted M Malls E-Vouchers will be in denominations of S$10 M Malls E-Vouchers. No change in denomination is allowed.
10. The discounted M Malls E-Vouchers are valid till 31 December 2020 and are available for use at all participating retailers across M Malls, except for Supermarkets/Hypermarkets.
11. There will strictly be no extension to the expiry of the discounted M Malls E-Vouchers issued during this promotion period.
12. The discounted M Malls E-Vouchers are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

1. Shoppers can download the M Malls mobile app and sign up for a free membership to qualify for this promotion.
2. The first 1,000 Members who sign up between 1 September and 11 October 2020 and enter the promo code MPRNEW5 at the point of sign up, will qualify for the S$5 M Malls E-Voucher and/or the 1,000 bonus M Points, while stocks last.
3. The S$5 M Malls E-Voucher will be automatically credited into the Member’s E-Wallet, found in the M Malls mobile app after the member enters the promo code MPRNEW5 at the point of sign up and successfully completes the registration process.
